TGFKP! (Thank God for Katie's Plates) We love using spaghetti squash to recreate typical pasta dishes into healthier versions, and that's what we've done for this weekend dinner casserole. A creamy chicken carbonara, with bacon added for extra yumminess, is a surprisingly healthy option thanks to Katie's Plates! Best reheated in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes, or a slice in the microwave for 2 minutes. Serves 8-10.
