There is tartness from the apples, a slight sweetness from the sweet potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts, and delectable chicken all brought together to make one flavorful meal. Paired with your choice of cauliflower or brown rice, and an arugula-balsamic salad, this meal is paleo and gluten-free but full of flavor and fun. Just like Thanksgiving in one bite!
