Before there was Katie’s Plates, there was this chicken.

This Rosemary Ranch Chicken was actually the meal Katie created for her final college project in her Science of Food Production class, where she was challenged to cook for a large group of people while balancing flavor, consistency, nutrition, and food cost. What started as a class project became a customer favorite, and after more than 15 years of tweaking, tasting, and perfecting, it’s still one of the meals people request again and again.

Tender grilled chicken is seasoned with rosemary and herbs, then topped with our famous Rosemary Ranch Sauce—a creamy, savory sauce that people have been talking about since the very beginning. Served over hearty brown rice with our classic broccoli salad loaded with bacon, sunflower seeds, and just the right touch of sweetness, every bite is comforting, satisfying, and packed with flavor.

Some meals come and go. This one has stood the test of time.
