Alright, y’all - it’s Straccato time! This just simply means Italian Pot Roast! It’s cooked overnight with onion, carrots, celery, garlic, tomato, red wine, bay leaves, and fresh thyme. We then shred it, and make an au jus with the sauce leftover! Served with gorgonzola polenta (not to be missed) and honey-glazed rainbow carrots. This meal will please the whole family!
Delivered Wednesday afternoon between 2:30 and 5:30.
