Our pistachio-lime crusted salmon is baked until perfectly tender, then topped with a vibrant crust of roasted pistachios, fresh herbs, and citrus that adds the most incredible nutty crunch and bright lime flavor to every bite.
It’s served over fragrant coconut jasmine rice, subtly creamy and aromatic, which pairs beautifully with the citrusy salmon.
Alongside it, we grill a colorful mix of rainbow vegetables — tender zucchini, squash, peppers, onions, and tomatoes — bringing smoky sweetness and freshness to the plate.
Everything is finished with our key lime mustard sauce, a tangy, slightly creamy drizzle that ties the whole dish together and makes every bite pop.
