Our Black n’ Blue Steak Salad starts with tender slices of perfectly seasoned grilled steak, served over crisp romaine with juicy grape tomatoes, creamy avocado, red onion, and crumbles of bold blue cheese. It’s hearty, fresh, and packed with flavor in every bite.

We top the salad with our hand-cut, house-made croutons, baked until golden and perfectly crisp — the kind that add the perfect buttery crunch to every forkful.

Then comes the part everyone talks about — our warm bacon, pepper jack, and jalapeño scone. Savory, cheesy, and incredibly flavorful, it’s served on the side so you can enjoy it warm or crumble it over the salad for an extra indulgent bite.

And of course, we include extra of our famous house blue cheese dressing, because this salad deserves it.

To keep everything perfectly fresh and beautiful, we pack the steak and scone separately from the salad, so when you plate it, the greens stay crisp and the warm toppings finish the salad just the way they should.
